Our passionate team consists of those who have the heart of a shepherd. Care Leaders are assigned to each section of our auditorium with the desire to know you and to help you grow in your relationship with God.
Whether you’ve been coming for two years or two weeks, our Care Leaders want to be there for you. They host get-togethers, answer your questions about the church, and help you find your place in the variety of ministries we offer at Grow.

Prayer Request
It is our desire to allow the Holy Spirit to work through us. We are Anointed as the hands and feet of Jesus, and appointed to visit on the behalf of Grow Church. The incredible thing is lives are changed and people are healed through us being a conduit of the Holy Spirit.

ESPN stands for Encourage, share Scriptures to stand on, Pray and help you with your Next Steps.

Grow Church does not employ professional counselors or offer any professional counseling services. Instead, we provide one-on-one ministry, based on sound Biblical Principles.
Prepare and Enrich Marriage
More understanding and less arguing. Confidence and clarity to talk about sensitive topics. Insight on how to be each other’s cheerleader and lover. Whether you are in year 0, 5, 10, 25 or more, the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment will help you visualize your relationship, put facts behind your feelings, and discover ways to open up doors for communication and intimacy.
You will each take an assessment which will give you personalized results, providing insight that will put you on a path toward life-long relationship growth. This is a 6-8 week commitment through a Grow Group or a Facilitator, along with a fee and weekly homework. Outreach

Grow Church loves ministering to the members of our community and being the hands and feet of Jesus.
We offer multiple outreach opportunities each month, we would love for you to get involved.
Restoring the Foundations
- Shutting the doors to the places in our souls where the enemy has gained access, both ancestrally and personally, replacing generational curses with blessings.
- Renouncing the lies that we have believed about ourselves, others, and God, and replacing them with new beliefs that align with God’s word.
- Allowing Jesus to heal hurts from painful experiences that we are carrying inside and may not even be aware of.
- Finally, using our authority as believers to remove the sources of oppression that have been affecting our thinking and behavior.
Receiving ministry in these four areas helps us to move closer to the goal of becoming more and more like Jesus by living a life filled with joy and peace, regardless of our circumstances.
The ministry requires a financial investment by the receiver.
